Paint Feature:
1. PE Coated: Good adhesive force, wide range in formability and dndurance outdoors, middle endurance of chemical medicine.
2. SMP: Excellent performance in hardness, resistance of abrading and heat, better performance in dndurance and corrosion resisting.
3. HDP: Good performance in ultraviolet radiations resistance, main performance is between PE and PVDF.
4. PVDF: Excellent performance in formability, color retention, lasting quality, endurance of pulverability and dissolvent, but color type is limited.

1. We start with the base steel that is lightweight yet strong.
2. Next comes a protective zinc/aluminum alloy coating applied to both sides by a continuous hot-dip method. In extensive, accelerated tests over 20 years. zinc/ aluminum steel lasted up to four times longer than traditional galvanized steel of the same thickness in identical exposure environments.
3. A conversion coating is chemically applied to the zinc/ aluminum steel to enhance corrosion resistance and ensure a secure bonding surface.
4. Next, a corrosion inhibitive high technology primer is applied and oven-baked.
5. Finally, a specially formulated high performance exterior paint finish is applied and oven-baked to the top or working side, giving a natural low-golss finish.
6. The underside is finished in shadow grey, a light attractive backing coat that reflects light and enhances the appearance of the visible underside of structures.
